Log on
 

Only able to use tablet (due to location) Can not log on to my virgin media due to the request to select I am not a computer. Which l can not see!. Tried to randomly tap screen but no luck. Any ideas?

Try it on different browsers as I have no trouble on phone or tablet using opera, Chrome or Firefox.

Not working on Chrome or Firefox (first choice on all systems).That is when site asks for it .which is not every time l use it.

When asked for which is not every time. Can not see on chrome or Firefox. Clearly it is a setting question but have no idea what it might be! Yet another reason to drop virgin

No idea then very strange seeing as I never get that question.

Try in landscape and portrait it can make a difference to how sites are displayed, it does on CF for me.

is it something to do with java settings because normally you get an overlay some up with a tick box for the "I am not a robot" and/or some picture to click on as well.
