Help to set this up

I have a plane radar box and connected it to my hub3 by ethernet

I checked device log and it says:

Failed TCP connection to all provided addresses for: 192.168.0.30/24:30003

Can someone give me an idiots guide on how to get this to work on hub3

A google search has come up with zip so you will need to look up the make and model number for more info

I very much doubt the shub is the issue here and it might not be a plug and play joby.
