Currently on gamer 200 can I upgrade to 300 or 350

I'm partway through a contract upgrade and when I upgraded I asked to go on to the gamer 200 package. I see now it's pretty much retired will they upgrade me to either vivid 300 or gamer 300 and if so any idea what cost may be thanks ??

No. The Liberty Global Access team continue to refuse to get on with the upstream bonding group upgrades so no higher uploads.

why? surely if VM/whoever tell them to do something and pay them to do it then they should do it. It is like marketing refusing to make a new advert. They do what they are told to do (I was going to use an apt emoticon but they aren't working).
