Tivo recordings pixelating
 

The recordings on my Tivo have recently started sometimes to pixelate and stutter - a rewind usually fixes the problem.

This issue only affects recordings. Signal is perfect on all channels when not recording.

May I trouble someone please for advice as to how to fix this issue or is it a fault with the HDD in which case I will get the STB replaced.

I have only had this STB for a month or so. The HDD on the previous Tivo died.

You need to give VM a ring. They'll be able to do some remote checks to see what's wrong.
