Relations between the UK and Argentina seem to be improving rapidly since they got a new government.

no matter for the reasons of the war or anyones view on it or the current tensions surrounding the Falklands, these solders should be shown the greatest of respect and dignity. RIP

They didn't want them back at the time because in their view they were already buried on argentine soil Therefore repatriated

Anything that can help heal wounds for people on all sides through dialogue should be supported and commended

Probably not as but this transcends Beyond who owns what piece of dirt and each person on both sides is someone son or daughter

The fact they are talking, we are talking and not using rhetoric and sabre rattling should be welcomed

When the fighting stops regardless of the political situation you lay the dead to rest where they belong this shouldn't be a political issue but all too often is.

Better to be on good terms with a country than not.

Former Argentine President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner has been charged over corruption allegations.
A federal judge approved charges of illicit association and fraudulent administration against Ms Fernandez.
It is alleged that her government steered public contracts to a businessman close to her family.
As I understand it the demand for the return of the Falklands was her attempt to hang on to power..it seems she may have had a strong reason to do so.
