Does this look right?

Does the attachment look right for my SH?

I'm on 200MB package and via speed test I do get that but my connection locks up and I have to reset the router weekly. I last reset 2 days 17 hours ago.

Not sure if connected but my TIVO box is laggy too and requires a reboot more than is should.

Should I be worried?

Power levels fine. Lots of pre and post errors. Could be a lose connection. Check your cables and connections are tight.

What are pre and post errors?

Cables seem fine in the house, could it be the connection outside that is loose?

Pre and post RS ( Reed Solomon encoding ): Errors before this encoding can be expected though undesirable. Once the encoding takes over it it has very strong error correcting mechanisms so to still get errors indicates severe corruption of the signal path

ya, the post rs errors are the ones you need to worry about because that is the corrupt data which cannot be fixed and what will be giving you issues. The best thing you can do is clear the counter, reboot the shub (so it gets a new connection) and then monitor it over a 24 hours period. If you are getting tens of thousands of errors in a short period of time them something is definitely up.

This is 4 hours after reset earlier.

Did you clear the error counts after the bounce? The SH seems to record a lot of errors during the sync process.

Whilst Pre RS errors that are corrected are of no consequence to normal network functions, the rate that they occur can indicate significant network issues.

If your S/N ratio is less than 36dB you'll start to record a high rate of Pre RS errors (on QAM256), some of which may get through the FEC process.
