Very bad decision

For the first time ever, l agree with Boris. Why the Government chose Heathrow over Gatwick l don't know.

Heathrow doesn't need another runway. Gatwick does. As far as lam aware, they only have one runway.

Gatwick would be ideal, they have the M11 motorway, plenty of ground that will not interfere with local Housing such as Heathrow. And the billions it will cost in legal fee's and compo for demolishing all those villages and Housing.

The Government must love wasting our Money. They say that most of the new runway will come from private money - who are they kidding.

Even Sir Richard Branson is getting in on the act, and now we have the MP for Richmond quitting is disgust - l bet NO one will stand against him, as Richmond is strong Conservative Ward.

They will have to wreck the A4 that runs past it, to make way for the new runway. And the majority of the hotels in that area will almost certainly be effected.

It will take years for this to go through the Courts. It will effect thousands of people. Yet, Gatwick. The effect will be minimal:(
