Virgin hdmi splitter
 

Can anyone help me ave just moved from sky to virgin i have an hdmi coming from my sky hd box to an hdmi splitter supplying 2 other tvs in my bedrooms which worked perfectly now with my tivo box set up the same way cable from tivo to my splitter and then too my 2 other tvs i have nothing no signal atall is there anyone with any information that can help me

I can't help with your current hdmi splitter issue, but I bought one of these a couple of months ago and used it to mirror my Tivo to my TV and Projector at the same time

Thanks very much for the reply a think a will give it a go a was hoping there was somthing on the settings could bè altered on the tivo box for a better output the hdmi splitter ave got just now is the new one a bought for when virgin goes 4k but it is supposed to do 1080 too ave tried my old hdmi splitter that just works on 1080 it works fine on my main tv but it only works sometimes on my bedroom tv so was hoping there was somthing on the tivo that could be tweeked to give a better output

Some hdmi splitters don't work properly with 1080p even though they claim they do, I found I needed to ensure I got one that said works with PS4 - something to do with the hdmi spec. comes with a PSU but has a bright blue LED so needs a sticker to cover it :)

also, some of the cheaper ones only work on one output a time. the one i linked to can output to both at the same time.

Surely something that only has one output at a time is a switch and not a splitter.

Well yes, but we are talking about sellers on ebay and you must know how unscrupulous some of them can be :)
