Samsung V+ HD Faulty
Hi,
My Samsung V+ HD box has gone faulty, they are sending me a replacement box out in the next couple of days anyone know if this will be the same box or if they will send something else? will I still be able to record on it? Cheers Paul |

It will be the same model box, and you will be able to record.

You'd think that it would now be easier for VM to start swapping faulty V+ boxes with a TiVo, seeing as they are now starting to do this with non faulty V+'s.

One tip, call them up once its up & running as no where does it tell you that the smart card has to be paired with the box, i spent an hour trying to get it on line until i called them. The instructions do no say that or perhaps i was unlucky regards |
