Disable net at night

A friend of mine is looking for software to install on a single machine that will allow him to disable internet at a specific time and re enable then later on.

Can anyone suggest anything?
Thanks

You can do this through the superhub settings using the mac address of the device, you can even block certain websites during specific hours.
