RDS Connection Timeout
 

Hi
I have setup our remote workers with RDS connections to the central office, two of which are using VM and SuperHub 2'S. Both of which suffer constant disconnections due to inactivity timeouts (15 - 30mns). I have configured the settings at both ends to last 4 hours; all those not using VM can stay connected for the full duration of the settings. I have also looked at the SuperHub settings to see if there is anything I could set, but to no avail. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Shub's aren't cut out for this sort of stuff and you need to put them in modem mode and buy proper routers. Before you cough up some £££ you could try something like teamviewer and see if you have better luck.
