Email issues

I'm having a problem with one of my email accounts. This started a couple of days a go. It keeps asking me for account name and password. I put these in and nothing happens other than it asking me again. These are the two error codes what I get.

0x800ccc90

It lets me send email from this account but doesn't receive them.

Any ideas
