I cannot for the life of me, understand why people do this.

This is mindless thuggery, and a disgrace. I just hope the police cath this thugs, and send them down for a long time. And if nessersary give them the birch.

In this day and age,, this is basically an horrific crime. What have those people down to the thugs.

Biggest trouble is, if they are caught, they will go before a court, and probably get community service.
