Now TV free pass ending, will I get billed monthly?

I bought a Now TV box with 6 months free Entertainment pass, which runs out in 29 days, so I have a few questions.

1. I had to put my credit card details in when signing up, will I get billed £6.99 when the pass runs out?

2. If I cancel now will it stop working and I will lose those 29 days?

3. I think I heard here that if I cancel they contact me via email offering me a deal, how does that work and what is the time scale?

Thanks for any help!

funnily enough somebody I work with had the same predicament as you last week. She loves the service and was prepared to renew her subscription at full price (the box displays something on screen warning you that your service will end otherwise) but her daughter informed her that if she selected cancel contract option that it then offers you an additional 4 months half price.

Exactly what i was hoping for, when do you think i will see this message and i wonder if you can do similar after 4 months?

Does it automatically renew at £6.99 if i do nothing?

i think so but they do give you advanced notice so you can cancel. That is who she found out her subscription was running out.

why not just use the vouchers? i use the service for movies and pay for a four month pass from amazon for £29.99 much cheaper than the price they charge
amazon also do a 6 month pass for the package you have, also for £29.99
sometimes they are cheaper, managed to pick a 4 month pass up for £20 a while back but went back up to £29
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Months-Sky-...ds=now+tv+pass

pass from amazon = £29.99 6 month pass
month pass from nowtv = 6.99 x 6, 1 month passes = £41.94

nice one dude, I am going to tell my friend about that. I presume they give you some sort of code to enter into the tv?

yes you get a card with a scratch off thing on it, log into your account via the website and reedeem on there

you can also buy the passes from game, argos and currys. although slighty more expensive, amazon is deff the cheapest

I am looking for cheaper than that to be honest, as i got my Now TV box for £20 with a 6 month pass on Black Friday and regret not buying 2!

Shopto.net had an offer a few days ago for a box and 3 month entertainment code for around £10 but i missed that too!

I will get there in the end, but will wait and see what happens when the code expires to see if i get offered cheap. :)

You just missed an offer on amazon last week for the boxes with 6 month passes £18 they were.
See them every other month on offer somewhere. Got quite the collection of old and new boxes building up from offers and supermarket deals lol

Yes l see them on offer on Amazon every month for the price you just said but people have to be quick as the offer usually last for less then a day in most cases as it first in and once they have gone , they have gone.
