I am not an engineer but I spent all of 30 seconds and found that for you.

They turned at my house to install a line...two of them arrived after the clueless first one failed and I ended up having to rebook. On the rebook, Openreach turned up and sorted the problem.

Kelly are supposedly USELESS. They don't train you beyond the basics, most of which (I have read on other sites) relates to the van they give you and the tools. You tend to pay for everything (a bit like RED driving school) and you end up wasting your time and giving up. To make some sort of career with them you need to already be a bit savvy.

They pay you for completed jobs allegedly so if you can't complete a job for whatever reason, you aren't paid and have wasted your time.

Personally, I'd avoid unless you've worked for those types before and know the score.

There was a case where an engineer took his van and tools hostage because he said he had been underpaid.

He eventually took the case to Judge Rinder!

I can't remember which company was involved (can't locate the thread I made about it in 'Virgin Media News').
