ISIS - membership details leaked

Quote:

A cache of documents containing the personal information of 22,000 ISIS jihadists in Syria and Iraq has been seized today in the 'biggest counter-terrorism breakthrough in years'.

The treasure trove of data for security services battling the terror group contains the names, nationalities, addresses, telephone numbers, family contacts and the fighter's personal recruiter.

The leak by a disgruntled jihadi contains the details of at least 16 British fighters, including Birmingham hacker Junaid Hussain and Cardiff-born Reyaad Khan, who were both killed by a US drone last year.

Former UK intelligence chiefs described the documents as a 'goldmine' and it is believed to be the biggest ISIS intelligence haul ever uncovered.

Good news. I dare say there's quite a lot of very worried people around right about now but it'd be interesting to know if the security services have had access to this information prior to its existence being made public.

I bet that "disgruntled jihadi" has very loose bowels at the moment. But thanks to him/her we now have a better handle on the problem of daesh.

I bet the personal recruiters bowels aren't in the best shape either, they've already proven they're not the bravest by sending others to martyrdom so let's hope they get what's coming to them to.

:D

I can't believe this news has been released before the spooks have had a chance to assess the detail and put appropriate measures in place.

Well they beheaded people, they use rape as a weapon of war, they set people on fire, but yeah... It's fine to see this as something to make fun of.

Although I'm sure you think I'm a hard right wing extremist racist for the above comment.

I think they (Isis) are defiantly something to make fun of, I can't think of anything they'd hate more than bring laughed at.

Bono agrees, although I think it might be to late for people actually in isis it might stop some more impressionable young people from flocking to their cause.

BBC religion chief says it is wrong to suggest Isis has nothing to do with Islam
Quote:

Professor Aaqil Ahmed, the first Muslim to hold the role at the corporation, said it was wrong to suggest the terrorist group "has nothing to do with Islam" during a speech at Huddersfield University last week......."I hear so many people say Isis has nothing to do with Islam — of course it has. They are not preaching Judaism.
I am eagerly awaiting our liberal brethren to admit that they were wrong in claiming that isis have nothing to do with islam......sadly, I'm fairly sure that an apology won't be forthcoming.
