Wrong tivo turned off
 

After my wife passed away a few weeks ago I decided that I no longer needed 2 tivo boxes as I never watch tv in the bedroom. So I downgraded the package and asked them to remove one tivo.
Yesterday was the day that the package changed and I found out that they had shut off the box in the living room and left the bedroom one active.
I`ve swapped them around with no problem but all my recordings were on the one in the living room. Is there anyway I can get them onto the one I`ve swapped over. The recordings are still there and active on the old living room one.

no, but you can ask them to swap over which tivo is on your account

Ok thanks. I was thinking of doing that but put it off as with my luck I`d end up with no active tivos at all.
