Wrong tivo turned off
After my wife passed away a few weeks ago I decided that I no longer needed 2 tivo boxes as I never watch tv in the bedroom. So I downgraded the package and asked them to remove one tivo.
Yesterday was the day that the package changed and I found out that they had shut off the box in the living room and left the bedroom one active. I`ve swapped them around with no problem but all my recordings were on the one in the living room. Is there anyway I can get them onto the one I`ve swapped over. The recordings are still there and active on the old living room one. |

no, but you can ask them to swap over which tivo is on your account

Ok thanks. I was thinking of doing that but put it off as with my luck I`d end up with no active tivos at all.
