Getting Mean?
 

Just had the upgrade phone call from VM are they getting mean with their offers?

1. No VIP £25 tariff anymore
2. Phone insurance is a separate add on to your monthly bill
3. Smart call ending soon

I have updated my phone but there does not seem any give in getting a better pay monthly contract, if you don't like the new tariffs your can always leave if you want to response from them:(

If you don't like it then leave. Why moan because they didn't give you a discount?

Find a moblile op that will give you a better deal.

Indeed there are many competitors out there who might give you a better deal.

Just trying to point not successfully that the new mobile tariffs are not as generous as my old contract that is all?

It just seems slightly odd that on the cable side they are always happy to offer you a deal to lock you into a new contract, there is no harm in trying to haggle :)

Im not sure why anyone would buy a phone from Virgin Mobile unless your staff, Im always able to find a better deal on any phone they have. Even with mates rates discount its cheaper elsewhere.
