Smartcalling abroad

Can you use smartcall to call another virgin mobile that is abroad?

Will the phone abroad be charged if I can do this?

Yes. I think with a virgin mobile there is/was a condition that the mobile was being used. I cant remember whether you are still charged to receive calls.

If you use smartcall to call a mobile abroad, the person receiving the call will get a charge

According to VM's website which is very difficult to find ! within the EU there are no charges to receive calls.
