Hi all,

Maybe its me being slow but I cant seem to find a simple bundle builder quote tool on the VM website.

Looking for

100Mb Internet
XL TiVO
One V HD Box
Sky Sports

Optional Second TiVO if its not too expensive

Basic Phone line,



I actually trust folk here more than the call centre. I am sceptical that they will offer packages that maximise their commission rather than my needs.

When I moved house for example I was told I had to cancel one account and start a totally new account even though the package was the same. I would have thought it was easier just to change my address...

What you probably want is the I am not a customer option. On the VM website on the right hand side you should see a box saying (Not A Customer) If you click that the bungdle etc appear.

D'oh.....

I did try that but I still cant make the website do what I want to do.

Might have to phone the call centre......

Cheers thanks for that, What a contorted way to do it. You have to go to the buy option before you can modify the bundles. Wierd.
