Issues with Spotify

For about a week I have been unable to open Spotify through my Tivo box. Virgin help line say this a a global issue between Tivo and Spotify. Is anyone else aware of this issue or are Virgin simply trying to fob me off.

They are correct. Not sure about global, but it's definitely a national outage
