Wiring telephone master box
 

A while back we had an engineer call to run a telephone cable to our house, he run it through the wall but as we were having plastering etc carried out he didn't connect it to the master box.
Now all the plastering and building work are finished I thought I would connect it myself, the engineer left the master box and I already had a Krone tool for the wires.
The 4 wire colours are blue, orange, white with orang and white with blue, I know only use 2 of the wires and they connect into terminal A and B.
I have just been on my mobile to VM for 40 minutes trying to get them to tell me the wires to fit where!
Have ended up having t get an engineer out to do a 2 second job!!
Does anyone know what wires go where so I can do this myself rather than wait for the engineer?

You may get them correctly connected, but that doesn't mean they are connected at the other end.

Best ask for an engineer. You pay enough for the line for them to maintain it.

Use the blue and blue white. It doesn't matter which way round

Blue to B and blue/white to A. It can matter what way round depending what's connected to it
