Picture (mms) messages
 

I received a picture message that I could not receive. I subsequently received a text with a link and a password. It does not work. Even worse the password send contains an 'L'. On my mobile it is hard to tell whether it is a 1 or an L. After a few attempts I get locked out. Is there any way I can get a new password - seems not! BTW my mms settings are fine on my phone. I even re-downloaded them.

It's been a while since anyone sent me a picture via mms but it did work via that link when they did.

If you havent received one in a while a way to fix it is usually to send one to yourself.

Or just email it or send free via whatsapp.
