Limiting internet traffic

I wonder if anyone can help me, when it comes to networking i know very little.

What i wanna do is to limit bandwidth that a PC or Laptop uses over the internet, i have an ASUS RT-AC66U router and would i be thinking it would have something to do with QOS and if so what do i need to do?

Thanks

Re: Limiting internet traffic

I've just looked at my router which is an AC66U and it does appear to do what you want. If you look on the QoS page there is a link to a FAQ.
