Upgrade online?

Seems I can't upgrade my package online. Does anyone know why VM insist on my calling them?

Not entirely sure, but calling them isn't a huge deal, it's generally pretty straightforward.

It is annoying when you can upgrade online or through your Tivo box and then it just says call them.

Mind you I added Sky Movies to my XL and Sky Sports package for the Christmas period and instead of paying more I got about £11 pm off for 3 months by having to call them so it can be advantageous.
