Samsung galaxy tab 4 False advertising
 

Hi has anyone ever received a Samsung galaxy tab 4 off Virgin Media, I should have received one 28 days after signing up on 13/06/15. After repeated calls to customer services and promises, I have neither received the tab 4 or an acknowledgement, THIS NEVER HAPPENDED WITH SKY IF THEY OFFERED SOMETHING YOU GOT IT. Looks like I will be giving my £100.00 to sky again every month once my contract is up.

This happened to me with the galaxy tab 3 a while a go(waiting months for the item). Go on to the Virgin media forums the Virgin employees on there were really helpful and got it sorted for me.

if you can prove that you have rang VM x amount of times on certain dates and times then I would put it in a complaint to the CEOs office and say their customer service stinks. Even though it is a freebie they have made a contract with you saying they have got to give it to you. I imagine the offer has probably been more popular than they had anticipated and they are out of stock. They don't want to admit it over the phone when signing people up because they run the risk of you leaving it for now and saying you'll try again next month if/when they are back in stock.
