Cable Forum - V+ virgin,losing signal when street lights come on

Hi ,i been losing my picture for a few seconds and it seems to be when the street lights come on .For weeks i have been checking it and when the street lights come on almost 5 mins after i lose the tv signal .I have rung Virgin and they say that cant happen but they would monitor it ,that was on the 20th .I have rang them to day to see what they found ,they said nothing .I did monitor it on the 20th 21st 22nd 23rd 24 th and 25th.within 5 min i lost the channels on every night .the times where 18.23-.18.21 -18.20.-18.19--18.17 and on the sunday because the clocks went back it was 17.15.I have told them this and they say theres nothing they can do .I do know one of my neighbors in the same rd is having the same problem .I did tell him today i would be righting an email to virgin to check that nothing more can be done,before i decide what to do .Anyone having same problem
