Speed increase from October 2015

Do you have to pay for this increase because on the My Virgin Media page, there is a reference to "order" the increase, and this makes me think that they want £££'s although there is no reference as to any extra payment.

There is no extra payment for the upgrade you'll only be charged if you upgraded your actually package to the next tier up.
