Judge gives suspended sentence to babysitter.
 

A judge has given a suspended sentence to a baby sitter who had sex with an 11 year boy when (she was 20 and he was only 11 so why was she given a suspended sentence) IMO if it was a man he would have been jailed.

“The victim’s voice appears to have been ignored as, despite his own father claiming that his son was ‘fully up for the experience’, the boy himself said he had not enjoyed it and knew it was wrong. The effects of sexual abuse can be long lasting and it’s essential that this boy is offered the necessary support.”

I thought that the law was changed/introduced to say that under 13s couldn't consent under any circumstances. Another shining example of "equality".

Judgements being handed out these days are a farce.

My friends ex husband sexually assaulted her oldest son for 2 years until it was discovered aged 7 and he still gets to see his two kids with a social worker and he never did any time. He has to sign the sex register and that is it.

... and the boy's father, who has also had a fling with the same babysitter, stood up to defend *her* in court by saying his son was "up for it". Clearly the idiot thinks he's in some sort of low-budget porn film.

Can you imagine a 11 year old girl having sex with the 20yr old male baby sitter. and the mother of the girl saying in court that her daughter was sex mad?

or an 11 year old girl having sex with the 20 year old male baby sitter. and the father of the girl saying in court that his daughter is sex mad?

and the 11 year old girl said she didn't enjoy it and she knew it was wrong. and the 20 year old male got away with it.

The victim's mother is pushing for an appeal against the sentence.

Good! I hope she gets her wish. Can you imagine the uproar at this sentence if the victim had been an 11 year old girl abused by a 20 year old man?
