adding email account to windows 10

Could someone please help me to set up my ntlworld email account on windows 10. I did have it but accidently removed it from my laptop.

Also is ntl world my email provider or virgin media?

Would the account name be written as ntlworld or virgin media

I don't seem to be able to get past the first page of setup and would appreciate help.

Thank you

If you go to www.virginmedia.com and scroll down to the red box on the right and click on get help & support, you will find a whole section labelled Using Virgin Media Mail. This should help you.

The account name is your email address. Only you can tell us if that's @Ntlworld.com or @virginmedia.com - it's YOUR email.

If you login to your account on Virgin Media and goto your profile it will tell you what your mail address is. If this is the problem in that you need to login and don't know the loginname then the only possibility is to phone them up.
