Jurors heard the "cold and detached" teenager held a grudge against his former college after he was kicked off his course for bad behaviour.

I would have thought a planned terror attack like this would have been on all the front pages, but it doesn't appear to be....

They picked him up in November last year. It did make a bit of a splash at the time.

I think the lack of an imminent plot has dented interest in the case at this stage. He's an ocean-going nutter, but he wasn't caught in the act.

Just till he converts to a certain religion in prison, certain sections of the media will make plenty of headlines about him then.

But I suppose then they'd be concerned about what was a personal grudge against a particular college possibly being transformed into a terrorist threat against all of us, including other muslims. :shrug:

Sentenced to life, he's going to serve some serious jail time, he'll be an old man before he's let out if at all, oh wait minimum tariff is 8 years, that's a deterrent
