Can anyone tell me whether we can get service?
 

Hi,
I'm trying to see whether I get get Internet and Phone access for my scout group, we're just off-road, and around 6-8 meters from one of your manholes but I'm wondering if there's a department i should talk to who can give me an answer as to whether we'd get service or not rather than waste your time and ours by going through sales (who seem quite happy to sell me the moon atm) and have an engineer turn up only to be disappointed.
I can of course provide site details and postcodes etc but didn't want to post them on an open forum.

This forum isn't run by Virgin Media and only they can give you an answer.
