Corbyn Considers Women-Only Train Carriages

http://news.sky.com/story/1541804/co...rain-carriages

If Corbyn becomes Labour leader. You just have to say that the Tories a lot longer than we all want.

Coming out with the comment if he wins the leadership he will go for 'women only carriage's'

What will be next Buses only for women. My daughter has been molested, touched up on so many buses, as you are cramped together. Sexual discrimination, as what Corbyn is saying that every man, or even women get onto public transport will be molested.

What people in high authorities, should be doing is putting extra bobbies on the tube and streets.

This is what we pay taxes for.

I'd like to take a rare opportunity to agree with you Arthur. :D

This batty idea comes straight from the feminazi propaganda handbook, which states that all men are potential rapists. If there is a problem, then the solution is to catch the offenders, not to encourage women to feel they have to lock themselves away from any and all men.

There would be MEN only carriages too though, right ... right?

Of course not, because then some women would claim that was sexist

Mr Corbyn said: "My intention would be to make public transport safer for everyone from the train platform to the bus stop to the mode of transport itself.

"However, I would consult with women and open it up to hear their views on whether women-only carriages would be welcome - and also if piloting this at times and [on] modes of transport where harassment is reported most frequently would be of interest."
Sounds like same old Labour to me. I'm surprised it didn't emanate from Harperson.

Judging from some his 'friends' the next step he would like is Jewish only carriages heading straight for Poland.

Would suit this woman just fine..One way to avoid drunks and endless farting.

Anyway I think he or someone close to him has got the idea from the Indian Railway system. However that runs 24/7 and is very busy all the time, over crowded and women do get massively hassled if they travel on their own so women only carriages are available..They also provide separate disability carriages as well. Very good for a government owned system.

I think you will find that you can only be sexist towards women. :dunce:

So it's not a new idea..

Apparently the suggestion for this came from:

http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/shelly-asquith/
http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/anneliese-midgley/

The NUS are fruit loops. Demanding safe places in universities and, it seems, everywhere else, alongside pre-emptive education for men to avoid rape.

Those who led the charge for women's rights, true feminists, must be turning in their graves at the pathetic excuses for feminists their self-appointed successors are. No idea how they expect respect when they clearly don't respect anyone else, seeing a potential rapist in every man.

India has a massive rape problem and social attitudes that are way behind ours.

We don't need to follow their example any more than we do Saudi Arabia's. Neither are relevant to the modern UK.

Never said we should, was just making the suggestion as to where the idea came from..and I wasn't far wrong about it being someone in his campaign team..

Corbyn doesn't have any idea that isn't from the 1970s. Nationalise everything, reopen the coal mines, bring back gender segregated carriages. I am just surprised he isn't distributing his campaign videos via VHS.

The question about the Labour leader campaign is which of the 4 would actually provide a decent opposition the the Tories?Who do the Tories really fear?

Away with your newfangled technology. Only bourgeois middle class **** have that sort of thing in their living rooms.

Besides, there's no point communicating electronically, what with the rota power cuts and all. Too many people would miss out.

Jezza will be sharing the good news via pamphlets distributed on street corners.

None of them. IMHO the only credible contender dropped out.
