I'm having trouble logging into webmail via firefox (works in IE)
 

I read a page about not using an old bookmark to log into webmail. So I changed my bookmark to virginmedia homepage, but while it works in IE, it doesn't in firefox. I can't see no script blocking anything, I thought it was because they were updating the email. I haven't logged into it for serveral days.

I checked the status and it said no email problems which irritated me. Any suggestions?

No problem for me using Firefox - I'm using mail.blueyonder.co.uk to log in but have no problem from the homepage link either.

Perhaps try clearing your cache and cookies?

Thanks for the tip, I made a second pass (already thought I cleared them before I posted) with the cookies and found some in firefox using search for cookies & cookies to keep in ccleaner. Now its working.:)

Good to know it worked. Ccleaner comes in really useful, it's amazing just how much gets left behind when you clear your history.
