To keep custom they should be bringing it back home people will just avoid VM if the only person on the other end of the phone has broken english and just reading off a script card

To step back a bit, we don't know if the efficiency savings
- will affect the UK - will result in redundancies I think the loss of TV customers, Sky launching its mobile service next year, Vodafone entering the TV market this year and BT acquiring EE will mean that Virgin will need to maintain its UK contact centres. |
