Seems to have done well in all countries except Netherlands and Romania. From reading Liberty's document, it looks like a mobile launch is imminent in Ireland. I guess this will indicate whether that country will switch to VM branding or not.
Some more analysis here. http://www.broadbandtvnews.com/2015/...y-performance/

Continuing to lose TV customers:

"But TV subscribers continue to fall in both the UK and Ireland, where it currently trades as UPC, down 19,400 in the second quarter."

Not at all surprised they're losing TV customers. A lot more competition than just Sky now.

Many more channels are launching their own versions of iPlayer. Once Discovery roll their's out in the UK* it's bye-bye VM TV package and the cost as most of the rest we watch is on Freeview or can be streamed/downloaded.

*Currently only in Nordic countries.

Are there implications for Discovery's on-demand service in the UK or is this just background info?

Or the streaming services (Dplayer) that are currently rolling out in the Nordic countries and France that aught to come to the UK?

If you get a Now TV box or streaming stick, you could add the Sky and Fox channels to your new viewing arrangements for less than a tenner a month.
