Returning Hub
 

I recently ended one of my student contracted subscriptions to the broadband 100MB. I was told i obviously had to return the Superhub, they told me they would send a package out to me so i could return it. Its been two weeks and nothing? Have called a couple of times and they just say they will send the package out, what do i do now?

they said the same thing to me when I needed a new modem a few years ago and it literally turned up about 4 months later. I just took mine down to the local tip. Our council are excellent and have separate areas for everything and apparently 90% of the stuff gets recycled.

The change from a SH1 to a SH2 for me and virgin said to take the old one to a recycling centre rather than return it
