Printing of pictures

I have just been asked one of the best and yet funniest questions ever.

I have a friend who has recently started to take up photography as a hobby and today he had taken some pictures and recorded some videos of different areas of the Gower in Swansea.

He rang me up and asked "If i convert a video file to a moving gif format, would it print and move on the paper?"

I am still laughing at this!
