Cable Forum - VM Router Wi fi authentication problem

Having been sent a new wifi router recently I decided to get a Prestigio tablet so I can use the internet around the house. My friend can use her phone on my password so I know it works (although it took her a few goes to get it started), but all I get here is 'authentication problem'. I've had a search around and the usual reason is a firmware conflict, which isn't much use if it means you can't connect to your own internet supply without a compatible device. Any ideas?

OK, sorted, it was a close vision problem with my varifocals, all happy now.
