How large or small do you want it? 7in, 8in 10in?

Personally i think 1gig ram is not enough, i would look for something with atleast 2gig or more.

You can get Nexus 7 2gig ram, 32gig on board storage for £148, this will come with the latest operating system too, and has good reviews.

If you shop around I think you may be able to pick up a good condition nexus 10 for somewhere around there. We have had ours for 18 months, they run faultlessly (mostly) and are still very quick with regular updates, its on lollypop 5.1.1. We got ours from Scans Ebay store as refurbs for £200 each.

I had a good deal on a Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 16GB.

I know it isnt Lollipop as of yet but i checked on Samsungs site and it will be upgraded to lollipop it states but the date is TBA.

I cant get over the picture quality and how fast it is. I had it all for £239 with 2 years free accidental damage cover also
