As with most router vulnerabilities, very little if any security impact, and very little most people can do about it in any case.

The vast majority of routers are either provided by ISPs and automatically updated, or not provided by ISPs and seldom or never updated. Either way, the only way someone could compromise your router is if they already had direct access to your network and everything on it.

But hey, another benefit of building your own open-source firmware :)
