connectivity issues - ST16 area`
Hi,
Anyone else getting connectivity issues in the sT16 or surrounding area? Had no internet since about 10pm last night, and the online light is flashing on both Tivo Box and upstairs HD Box. Re-Booted all systems but still the same. Cant get an engineer till Wed morning, but Virgin support think there is a local problem as all engineers are getting booked up quickly in our area! |

I'm in the EH12 area and am having another ordeal.
On Saturday my Internet cut out entirely at about midnight. On Sunday, the wired connection came back, but my Super Hub 1 WiFi connection has mysteriously disappeared. I cannot find the access point at all - it has worked fine for over two years, but after the outage the connection has disappeared. I searched on Twitter and it appears a few others in my area have the same issue. I have tried to contact them explaining the problem, but they're still yet to acknowledge the issue. Absolute bollocks. |
