So, a new zealand couple got locked in their car.
A couple spent the night trapped in their "keyless" car without the transponder key. They tried to smash the windows, and make as much noise as possible, but apparently no one noticed them until the morning when they were rescued by their neighbours who took them to hospital (the wife was already unconscious, so they did need to go to hospital).
They've since been told they could have used the door handles. When asked to comment, a spokesperson for Mazda said "It's not a design flaw in the car. There is always a manual process to override new technologies." http://www.thepoke.co.uk/2015/03/25/...y-door-handle/ |

Common sense is anything but coming sometimes...
... and then there was the date... ;) |

Either could go for several £100's on Ebay. I could quite believe that a time could come when people have no idea how to operate a handle or knob. |

Now, I am not saying that they couldn't have faked it, but I think it would have been a lot more effort than it's worth. |
