How to turn of VM marketing emails?

Hi, I am getting VM marketing emails, essentially it's spam & I dont want it.

Rather than mark it as spam I'd like to simply stop it, I cannot find any reference in the emails to unsubscribe (like you'd find in a reputable companies emails!) and I cannot find anything in the my VM pages.

Does anyone know where they are hiding the marketing emails settings?

Cheers,
Zoom.

There isn't anything online as far as I'm aware. Customer Services can opt you out of all Virgin Media marketing communications.

Remember, Virgin Media will never ask you for personal information via email. You can unsubscribe from receiving future Virgin Media Presents emails by clicking here

I think that's just for the Presents email though - you'll still get general marketing offers etc.
