The second light on the TIVO box is flashing - cant watch catch up Neighbours
I missed Neighbours today and wanted to see it as they are celebrating their 30th anniversary and I was really looking forward to it as Madge and Harold have returned.
Everytime I go in to the catch up section it reads: 'NETWORK AVAILABILITY' THERE WAS A PROBLEM CONNECTING TO THE VIRGIN MEDIA SERVICE (C130) what does this mean? PEARL |

Your internet isn't working, you could try switching the Tivo box off and see if it clears it.
If it still doesn't work ask your daughter to report a fault when she phones up tomorrow. |

if its the green one under the picture of the heart then there is a network issue, either they are working on the network in your area or you need to contact vm, usually caused by a damaged drop cable (under ground cable) or faulty cab - have you done any gardening recently?
