Hi,

Is anyone having issues with there @ntlworld.com email address?
I am getting an error when I check it, via POP3.


Unable to send or receive messages for the pop.ntlworld.com account. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

Same here but only on primary account. All others working fine.

We have 2 @ntlworld.com address primary and another, both getting the error.
The @virginmedia.com email is working fine.

I can login to Webmail/GoogleMail for my @ntlworld.com account fine.

Primary and secondary accounts working fine here. I know that's not much help. Sorry.

Mail to and from my primary ntlworld.com fails all other e-main are fine.

They were ok yesterday.

yep, getting pop3 fails on trying to connect to primary & secondary emails...:(

"Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method."

sigh.

Webmail is working through, but still, too many problems happen with email!

Yup, same problem here near Brighton. Can send but not receive. :(
