Where's stupid been all his life?
if he hadn't noticed. little boys and girls ride on the pavement all the time.

he sounds like the type who would tazer little billy for having a toy gun.

seriously parents. tell him to go away.
he's not going to book a conviscated little girls bike in. in front of his mates.

What a cnut. People under the age of 10 are below the age of criminal responsibility anyway, so can't break the law, would he rather have had the little kid in the road?
I despair, really I do...

She was escorted by her father, so is he legally responsible?

He's just your typical bullied at school and joined up to have some authority over people.

you can always tell when they pick on little 4 year old girls and tell her he's going to steal her bike because she's a bad girl.
she'll be scarred for life now. the policeman was a nasty man and made her cry.

That was the problem all along, the dad was in an escort with her on the pavement.

As with a lot of anti-Police stories there may be more to this than reported.

Quote:

Lincolnshire Police have not identified any member of the force involved in making a threat to confiscate a bike from a Grantham four-year-old.
In an exclusive statement to the Journal, Grantham chief inspector Chris Davison said: “After a thorough investigation we have found no evidence that the person who dealt with the gentleman and young girl was a Lincolnshire Police officer or member of staff.
