Has VM stopped the BUY data5 bundle?
I'm on the old PAYG addict tariff, so many minutes and text and 1 Gb data for £15 a month. Then every few months I end up with so much in credit so instead of paying £15 I just text "BUY data5" which buys me 1Gb for the month. But the last time I did this I got the acknowledgement text saying we'll get back to you. But never got the message saying it's been done and I had to get on to them to get the data added. I thought this was just a one of glitch but it looks like it's happening to me again. That's why I was wondering if they have stopped it in the normal Virgin way without letting any one know. |

Osem Jnr had a problem renewing his Data5 last month so he called CS and they said there was a technical problem so did it manually. I got a text yesterday telling me mine would be renewed on the 3rd so I'll try to report back when I find out whether it works.

I've just went to phone CS and you know when you phone it tells your balance. well it my balance went down and the data had been added. But still no message confirming it from them. That's 8 hours.

My data bundle was renewed this morning but no text confirmation received.
