We wanted to let you know that the Virgin Media Backup & Storage will be closing on 31st May 2014. But there's no need to worry as we're replacing it with Virgin Media Cloud, a service that's even better, and even easier to use.

To keep your existing stored data safe you'll need to transfer it before 31st May to Virgin Media Cloud, or back it up onto your computer or Mac. After this date all data currently on Backup & Storage will be deleted.
