Mates Rates / Affinity
 

Hi

I've got the choice of Mates Rates...although I thought I had but have been told it's only for new services or adding packages. As I am on the top pack with everything (bar Netflix) it doesn't look like that's an option. It's in my name and I wouldn't want to cancel and restart again under my wifes name.

We also have the choice of Affinity which I have been told offers almost identical reductions or near as dammit.

Is this correct about Mates Rates for new and add packages only and does anyone know if Affinity is worth going for?

Cheers Ben. I'll have to look at Affinity then or else see if they count Netflix as a package increase!

Nope - it wouldn't count. It has to be a new service addition out of TV / BB or Landline.
